What We Do
Once you’ve contacted us with your enquiry within 2 working hours we will assign your case to a dedicated in-house underwriter. When that underwriter has received all the relevant information requested we will make an immediate lending decision.
If we don’t like the initial lending enquiry that you’ve made please don’t let it put you off from trying us again as every case is underwritten on its own merit.
If we are able to progress with your application then we will provide you with an agreement in principle certificate and instruct a professional valuation of the property.
Provided the lending on the property does not exceed 70% of its Open Market Value (as determined by our RICS qualified valuer) or 100% of the agreed purchase price, we will pass the application to our dedicated legal team with the view to releasing funds as quickly as possible.
